Returns Policy

 

At Technilux, we aim to deliver you the widest range at everyday low prices.

 

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

 

Returns must be purchased within the past 14 days. Technilux will not cover shipping on returns. Items must be brand new, unopened.

Understanding it might be challenging for those living across Melbourne to return or exchange products at the moment, we’ve extended our usual returns policy from 14 to 30 days.

 

This will ensure that you have more than enough time to return any products.

 

All other Terms & Conditions in relation to returns apply.

 

Refunds Policy

 

All returns that abide by the returns policy will be refunded on the same checkout details used for purchase.

 

We do not accept ‘change of mind’  returns, however, if within 30 days you are not satisfied with our products you are able to apply for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

 

If a product is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement, at your own discretion (within warranty).

 

Technilux will not offer a refund for items purchased over 6 months time. 

 

All Refunds will be handled within five business days of recieving the goods.
